Rates General Notarizations

The fee for notarization of a document is just $10.00. (Per Notary Stamp) Ink/Pen.

To cover the cost of meeting you at your office, long term care facility, hospital, nursing home, hospice, assisted living, restaurant, or other convenient location, I also charge a reasonable travel fee, starting at just $40.00. In the Temperance, Lambertville, Erie, Ida South Monroe county Areas.

This fee includes:

• Travel to the signer’s location at the time and date they request** must call and make appointment first

• The first two notarizations of the same signer.

• 30 minutes of time (Not including travel to/from)

• Additional notarizations and services may incur an additional fee.

Travel fees are not specified in the law.  Such fees are proper only if the notary and signer(s) agree beforehand on the amount to be charged.  The signer must understand that a travel fee is neither required nor specified in the law and is separate from the notarial fees described herein.  Travel fees range from $40.00 and up depending on time of day and distance traveled.  Travel/Service/Concierge fees will always be discussed prior to departure for your requested service.

MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE RATES (Regional):

Mobile Notarization: $10.00 Per Item Notarized + Travel Fee. 

Mobile Witness: $25.00 within S.E. Michigan/Monroe County area.

Extraordinary Circumstances:

All travel fees are subject to an surcharge fee during inclement weather, unusual situations, and anything that might require the notary public to make an extra effort, expense(s) (Tolls or parking) or spend more time traveling to or from a mobile notary appointment, such as during blackouts, same day - rush (2 hour or less ) appointments,  Additionally, travel fees are subject to surcharge to any location that will subject the notary to a significant delay for security screening, such as an entertainment or sports venue, or government buildings (with a significant public or private security presence) will require additional service fee(s). Valet & Parking fees are added to charges and are responsibility of the client and added to the pricing. When you hire 734 Notary, you are agreeing to our terms of service entirely. Since you are provided with approximate time(s) and travel based services, we try to assist you with mobile notary services, there are no refunds and/or services paid for, attempted and or rendered regardless of outcome once the Notary has arrived for the services. Cash paid in advance before notarization.

Additional travel/service/concierge fees apply for evening, nighttime, and weekend services.
