Are you in need to get you letter or small package delivered in a hurry or just don't have the time to deliver it where you need too? It happens! Or did you miss the UPS guy or the mail man for the day? Then I am your option. Whether you need me to deliver your item to a residential or commercial address, I can do it. I do not transport large parcels, however I can transport your letters, mail, envelopes, and small to medium size packages under 20 lbs. $25.00 Minimum fee. Cash only at pickup time. Receipt provided.

Service Area:  Monroe County  Michigan
Rate: $1 per mile round trip from Temperance MI area. Fee starts at $40

Copies $.1.oo per page

Print documents $10.00 10 pages and under.

Additional stop cost to drop off documents, FedEx, UPS, USPS overnight, USPS Priority Mail,

Mail Overnight, clients’ location, third party location, etc. – $25.00

 

Additional stop touments, FedEx, UPS, USPS overnight, USPS Priority Mail,
Mail,  Overnight, clients’ location, third party location, etc. – $20.00

 

Rush Fee – $50.00 (applies when services are requested less than two 2 hours from time of telephone call,

email or other communication requesting service)

Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested–under 3 oz.-$15.00 –

over 3oz actual costs plus $15.00 riority Mail – under 8 oz. – $15.00 –

over 8oz actual costs plus $15.00

 

Witness cost   10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  – $25.00 per witness 
Witness cost   all other times – 50% of mobile fee
Wait Fees:  Wait fees are charges at double the mobile fee per hour
(Example if the mobile fee is $35.00 then the wait fee is $70.00 per hour after the first 15 minutes,

invoiced in fifteen minute increments [0-15, 15-30, 30-45, 45-60)

All services are provided by appointment only with two (2) hour advanced notice.  At times immediate request for services may be accommodated within minutes depending upon staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather.  Services requested within the two (2) hour advanced notice are considered “rush” services and a “rush” service fee will apply.

All services are based upon the time of when the services are rendered and NOT when a request for service is made.  For example if you call at 10:00 a.m. for service at 4:30 p.m. then the after 4:00 p.m. rates will apply.

Cancellation upon notary arrival 100% of mobile fee (No Refunds)


Monday thru Friday – 8:00a.m. -12:00p.m. = $250.00
Monday thru Friday – 1:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. = $250.00
Testifying at Court other charges will apply after before8:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m. and on holidays & weekends

Mileage cost $1.00 per mile driven

 

Printing – $1.25 per page 
Scan document to email – $1.00 per page

Mobile Fees – Traveling Fees Apply

Travel fees are not specified in the law.  Such fees are proper only if the notary and signer(s) agree beforehand on the amount to be charged.  The signer must understand that a travel fee is neither required nor specified in the law and is separate from the notarial fees described herein.  Travel fees range from $35.00 and up depending on time of day and distance traveled.  Travel/Service/Concierge fees will always be discussed prior to departure for your requested service.


Additional Mobile Fee Information
Though not specifically mentioning notaries as state officers in the statute. We will discuss our fees with you our signer before performing the notarial act to avoid confusion or conflict afterward.  We will always provide a written receipt for fees charged, completely separating any non-notary business fees such as travel expenses from the actual notary fees charged.

Due and Payable

Payment arrangements must be made in advance of services at time of scheduling. Once Notary has been dispatched and cancellation has not been made via phone call 2 hours prior to appointment, there is NO REFUND policy.
